SUMMER CAMP FOR KIDS & TEENS
The best program in town
Our Summer Camp for Kids and Teens combines our sports focused strength & conditioning core programming and overall health expertise with kid-friendly training activities for a fun summer experience. We will help your child push new boundaries while avoiding injuries.
The summer camp is designed for kids and teens looking to work on their physical skills in a motivating and encouraging environment. This camp helps kids and teens of all abilities to develop athletically, refine fundamental physical skills, gain strength, power, speed and develop their athletic mindset and work ethic.


Our Gym
is created like a playground
Strategically designed to be fun, with more than 7,000 sq ft we have everything required for our youth athletes. We can run, climb, lift, throw, jump and play all the while developing well-rounded youth athletes.
Schedule
Classes all summer!
The camp will run June 3rd to August 3rd
Kids ages 9 to 15 years old schedule
11am to 1145am Monday – Wednesday – Friday
Teens from 16 to 18 years old Schedule
12pm to 1 pm Monday through Friday



About the Coach
15 years working with kids and youth athletes
The program and the classes are lead by the Head Coach of OnePlus, Lufe Torres. He has been teaching and working with kids for the last 15 years as a PE Teacher, Sports Coach and Special Needs PE. For the last 7 years, he has been teaching and coaching kids in the Alamo Heights area.
Along with his degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science, Lufe has many credentials and expertise from PE K-12, EXOS, CrossFit Kids and CF-L2 to CPR that help him to develop the best program in town for your kids.
