ONEPLUS BOOTCAMP
OnePlus BootCamp is a general fitness class designed for individuals seeking to start a consistent workout plan with motivation from a group atmosphere and lead by an experienced coach/trainer. BootCamp classes will use light weights and focus on body conditioning, muscle activation and body awareness. We use high intensity interval training and circuit training to produce results in a shorter amount of time. Every class will give you a full body workout and will always keep your body guessing so you don’t plateau. This type of training is effective in boosting your metabolism, giving you energy and improving both your physical and mental well-being. Even better, it’s meant for all fitness levels. Whether you are brand new to working out or you are looking for a new challenge, we will work with you to make sure you are getting the most out of every single workout.
