CrossFit Coach / Personal Trainer / Nutrition Coach
Jeannine Wild
CrossFit, high intensity training, building strength, and enhancing overall wellness is truly my passion. I received my CrossFit Level 1 in March of 2018 and I became certified in the American Council on Exercise’s Fitness Nutrition Specialist Program. I love to help others become a better version of themselves and coaching and educating others at One Plus gives me the perfect platform to do so. I played basketball and volleyball growing up and in my 20’s, I inherited a deep appreciation for working out, eating healthy and finding out what your body is capable of when you take care of it properly. I turned to CrossFit in 2016 when I wanted a meaningful change; I was seeking something that challenged me, pushed my limits and made me not only a better athlete, but a better person. There was no turning back after I stepped through that door. Being able to do what I love is a gift and I look forward to working with you through your own personal fitness journey!

Jason Cottrell has been an endurance athlete for most of his life. While attending the University of Houston – Clear Lake, he competed in running and cycling competitions and triathlons, including the Ironman Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii. But over the years his philosophy changed. After getting involved with CrossFit, he became L1 certified, CrossFit Weightlifting certified, and USA Weightlifting Sport-Coaching certified.

CrossFit Coach / Personal Trainer
Grant Wieman
Grant became involved in sports and fitness growing up in Michigan, playing baseball and basketball in high school and a variety of intramural sports in college. He started doing functional fitness on his own while working in Indiana, and joined a CrossFit gym in Guam in 2014 and became competing in endurance sports including open water swimming, trail runs and triathlons.
He completed his CrossFit Level 1 course in Singapore in 2016 and began coaching in Kentucky later that year. He has additional certifications in Aerobic Capacity, Running and Strongman, hoping to inspire athletes to use their improved fitness in everyday life outside the gym.

Chris Tremel
CrossFit Coach
Growing up I had a gym in my basement. This is where it all started for me. I was 6 or 7 and wanted to be like my older brother. So I would follow him down the stairs into the basement and make him give me exercises to do. I didn’t know what I was doing but I felt a part of. This rolled over into sports.
Growing up I was a 3 sport athlete playing baseball, basketball, and football. I never wanted to leave the field, court, or weight room. It’s where I lived. I continued sports at the Collegiate level, playing football for Temple University. Leaving sports in my 20’s my drive for the gym took over.
I lifted in a regular gym setting for decades both during my sports career and after. It wasn’t until I found Crossfit that I gained the comradery and fun competition I was searching for.
Functional fitness has changed my life in multiple ways. Not only has it improved my health in the physical sense. It has altered my perception and helped me in a far greater area, my mental health. This was growth in an area I didn’t see coming. It opened my eyes to an area of well being I didn’t know fitness could reach. This was something I knew I had to share and help others find.

Coach
MD, Crossfit level 1 (CF-L1)
By background, Boris Zelle is a Professor of Orthopaedics at UT Health San Antonio, and he serves the Greater San Antonio community as a busy orthopaedic trauma surgeon. His athletic background is in soccer, and he played soccer in different semi-professional leagues in Germany. His fitness journey, for many years, was focused on endurance sports including cycling, long-distance running, and triathlons. In 2020, he started coming to OnePlus and has enjoyed the team sports community and camaraderie at our gym. “The concept of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity immediately resonated with me. It provides a well-rounded fitness program that places equal importance on cardio, strength, flexibility, coordination, and agility. As an orthopaedic surgeon, I also recognize the importance of conditioning all of our skeletal muscle groups and training them in a functional context”, Boris Zelle states. In 2023, Boris was added to the coaching team of OnePlus. His professional background and medical knowledge nicely complement the expertise of our coaching staff.

Ashley Shaeffer
CrossFit Coach , Personal Trainer, Kids Coach, BootCamp Coach, Track Coach
I am a mountain girl at heart living here in South Texas with my husband and four kids. My crew and I moved to Texas from a small town in Wyoming in the spring of 2018. My husband Ross and I are high school sweet hearts with three strong, independent girls (Sami, Essie, and Tilly) and one sweet, caring, and very outnumbered boy (Channing). Since I can remember, I have always had a passion for fitness and movement, with running being at the center of my soul. I ran track and field in my younger years and my deeply rooted love of running carried over into my now adult years. In my opinion, there is nothing better than a gritty, tough track session to really test yourself. Well, that’s what I thought before I found CrossFit in 2013. Now I love running, but with a bit of functional fitness thrown in! Throughout my athletic journey, I have been challenged with navigating pregnancies, weight gain, weight loss, and injuries which all cultivated an almost obsessive desire to be a student of movement. In 2020 I suffered a significant knee injury and underwent a non-knee-related surgical procedure that resulted in some complications with my pelvic floor. The past two-plus years have been very emotionally and physically challenging, and one of the hardest walks I’ve walked, but has been incredibly rewarding as well. I hope to be able to share my passion with anyone who may be walking a similar path, supporting and serving those around me on their fitness/health journey, and continuing to learn every day. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Fitness, and Nutrition
