Assistant Head Coach
CrossFit, high intensity training, building strength, and enhancing overall wellness is truly my passion. I received my CrossFit Level 1 in March of 2018 and I became certified in the American Council on Exercise’s Fitness Nutrition Specialist Program. I love to help others become a better version of themselves and coaching and educating others at One Plus gives me the perfect platform to do so. I played basketball and volleyball growing up and in my 20’s, I inherited a deep appreciation for working out, eating healthy and finding out what your body is capable of when you take care of it properly. I turned to CrossFit in 2016 when I wanted a meaningful change; I was seeking something that challenged me, pushed my limits and made me not only a better athlete, but a better person. There was no turning back after I stepped through that door. Being able to do what I love is a gift and I look forward to working with you through your own personal fitness journey!
My fitness journey started with Ballet classes, Yoga and Pilates. In 2013 I found CrossFit and have been working with Lufe ever since. After one year of being a member, I became CrossFit Level 1 certified and started coaching new members one-on-one, then I moved on to coaching group classes. I have competed in local CrossFit competitions as both an individual and a team member. I have also attended Olympic weightlifting classes and participated in a weightlifting meet. I have tried many different types of training, but CrossFit truly encompasses it all. As a coach, I love seeing our members gain strength and confidence in their abilities.
