Metabolic conditioning is meant to maximize efficiency of a certain system of the body. By using our Macrocycle/Microcycle system, we can build capacity in each of the three metabolic pathways: the aerobic pathway, the lactic pathway, and the phosphocreatine pathway.
Fitness is about control, plain and simple. Without control of your mind and body, you won’t be able to properly perform exercises and other feats. Gymnastics training establishes body control, and encourages a range of motion for muscles and joints.
